Bridging the Gap

This Free information event for volunteer managers, co ordinators, organisers or leaders will look at what people are looking for in volunteering. This presentation is a recorded webinar held last August as part of the EYV11 VMC project and features Rob Jackson delivering the presentation and findings followed by our own live discussion on how we can bridge the gap between what volunteers want ane what we might be offering, sharing real examples and suggestions.
The webinar will look at the current challenges organisations face, discovering inspiration in managing volunteer programmes, focus on some of the latest volunteering research and explore how effectively our organisations are currently engaging volunteers.
